Personality
He's an ass. There is only one woman he seems to not be an asshat to, but even then he will be sarcastic, and make remarks. Along with the sarcasm, and the slight narcissism, he makes comments and remarks everytime he can get away with it. Especially twoards Geralt, whom many thing he has a distaste for. He can be shown to have a softer side though, it is very hard to bring out of him, but underneith the hate and brackishness is a sort of saddness. He does show a bit of compassion here and there, especially when dealing with Ciri, who he finds to be someone worthy of being called family.
Backstory
Lambert is one of the younger witchers from Kaer Morhen. He has a biting tongue and is rude, especially to Triss. He does not seem very fond of her and calls her by her last name, which she hates. At times he uses rudeness to express his fondness for someone, though this is to be debated of course. He does not have much use for politics, a trait common to most witchers. He helped train Ciri in the art of combat. Lambert seems to have a deep seated jealousy toward Geralt as the latter is a witcher that is extremly famous and loved by people, and has the love of a lot of women; While Lambert considers his witcher status a cruel twist of fate and is stuck hunting relatively benign monsters for people who hate witchers.
Vesemir was the one who ended up getting Lambert; Lambert was young, around five. Him and his mother were living with his father, getting repeatidly beaten by him. Lambert had wished for his death for quite a long time, hating the man, and hating what he was doing to him and his mother. Vesemir ended up saving his father from some monsters, asking him to repay him. The man agreed, to when Vesemir said; 'Bring me the first thing you find at your home, yet do not expect' and unfortunatly, it was Lambert.
He's still pissed off about it, pissed that he was forced into the trials as a child, pissed that he saw half of his team slaughtered by the creature within the caves...
